    About Salisbury Antiques Centre

Established in 1993, the Salisbury Antiques Centre is probably the largest quality antique furniture emporium in the South of England. Originally conceived as a trade warehouse by founder and owner Chris Watts, the Centre has evolved into a one stop destination for dealers, decorators, collectors and private clients. You can browse across 14,000 square feet of showrooms and choose from a huge selection of fine handpicked items of English and Continental furniture. Participating dealers together aggregate some hundreds of years of experience and knowledge, together with that intangible ingredient – an “eye” for quality and originality. The Salisbury Centre has furnished Highland castles, French chateaux, Tudor mansions, and Georgian terraces. Equally the downsizer can find the perfect piece to fit that difficult space. Note! What you won’t find at the Centre is “shabby chic“, brocante, or reproduction furniture. Sorry, but lots of other places do stock this! Chris, with his 50 plus years of experience, remains at the helm, any queries and help with basically everything. Chris personally offers his specialities of antique clocks, weaponry, oil paintings and idiosyncrasies, all of which he is happy to discuss at length. Scattered throughout the showrooms is an eclectic selection of objects, pictures, glass, bronzes, and not least a wide selection of mirrors of all sizes. All stock is viewable on our website, clearly priced and with all measurements. Shipping can be arranged to anywhere in the world and competitive quotes compared and offered. UK couriers deliver to all mainland destinations. The Centre is less than 2 hours drive from London and 10 minutes from Salisbury railway station
