A beautifully crafted mahogany desk dating to around 1920, offered in very good condition. It features a rich, deep mahogany finish and a newly fitted hand-dyed faded tan leather top, sympathetically aged to complement its period character.
Constructed in three sections for easy transport, the desk provides excellent storage with nine drawers, each fitted with brass swan-neck handles and original locks. The top is enhanced by an elegant gadrooned edge, while the entire piece stands on finely carved ball-and-claw feet.
Finished on all sides, this desk is ideal as a freestanding centrepiece in any study or office—an impressive blend of craftsmanship, practicality, and timeless style.
