A really lovely Late 19th Century Antique English or possibly Dutch Victorian Pewter Toothpick Holder, the banded bowl with turned-over rim, the column beautifully decorated “a guilloché” above a round foot encircled with a band of hearts ~ Lovely colour and patina ~ In fact altogether a pleasingly warm “feel” to this delightful little piece. A perfect example of the “Small is beautiful” syndrome ~
