All prices advertised are exclusive of delivery.
Free delivery is available on all items delivered within 30 miles of ST12.
Please enquire for delivery cost including delivery postcode prior to purchasing.
We aim to have all items delivered within 5 working days.
All non postal deliveries are through our own one man courier and are to ground floor level only. Should you require items delivering upstairs please let us know if you are able to assist , as the cost of a two man delivery would affect the delivery cost.
We are happy to work with customers own courier.
Customers wishing to arrange their own courier are advised to ensure their choice of courier is fully insured as we accept no responsibility once the item has left our premises.
Customers outside of mainland UK are advised that import taxes/duty maybe applicable to their country and all tax/duty are the buyers responsibility and items maybe delayed by customs pending payment.
RETURNS
Should you not be happy with your purchase for any reason we offer a full refund policy excluding delivery costs.
Please contact us prior to returning items on our CONTACT US page within 14 DAYS of delivery of item, and return item in original received condition including packaging.
Customers are advised that return shipping costs are the buyers responsibity and will not be reimbursed by us.
Should any item be damaged upon receipt please contact us on the CONTACT US page within 24 hours of receipt
