● It has a very ornate scroll design on the Tray
● I believe the handle to be Bone with an ornate Ferrule & end cap
● In Excellent used Condition – The Ferrule is slightly cloose & moves a fraction
● Condition – Probably has never been used
● Markings – On the back of the tray J Bc & S Ltd E P N S (Elctr0 Plated Nickle Silver)
● Circa – 1920s
