SOLD Double Pedestal Victorian Dickens Writing Desk

A double pedestal Victorian Dickens writing desk. The top has 2 leather insets flanking a centre leather inset. A hinged top writing slope below a centre galleried back shelf between 2 x 4 drawer miniature chests with galleried tops. The centre frieze dummy drawer flanked by 2 drawers raised on 2 x 3 drawer pedestals, raised on moulded plinth bases.

Superb original condition. Circa 1840s

Size; 46″ high x 60″ wide x 28″ deep
