A striking and beautifully crafted mid-20th century rocking horse, painted in a dapple grey finish with black mane, tail, and lower legs. This charming example features a traditional safety stand made from solid wood with turned uprights and stretchers, allowing for smooth and secure rocking motion.
The horse is fitted with a tan leather saddle, stirrups, bridle, and decorative rosettes, all in very good used condition. Glass eyes and carved facial details give it a lifelike expression, while the real horsehair mane and tail add to its classic appeal. A wonderful piece for a child’s room or as a nostalgic decorative addition to a traditional interior.
