A beautiful large 1960’s Turkish Hereke in perfect condition.
This pretty wool on cotton carpet produced by Turkish textile company, Sumerbank are known to be of highest quality. It has a wonderfully drawn floral design, with rich colour on an ivory background made with all vegetable dyes and an elegant blue border. Note it features production number.
Perfect for furnishing, this lovely carpet suitable for normal domestic use will last forever.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
