A beautiful French oak sideboard in the Louis XV style, featuring a finely inlaid parquetry top, shaped panelled doors and elegant carved acanthus decoration. The rich warm tone of the oak, together with its decorative shell and scroll carvings, gives this piece real presence.
The central section includes two drawers over a cupboard, flanked by spacious side cupboards with internal adjustable shelving, providing excellent storage. The carved apron and cabriole legs with scroll feet are typical of French Provincial craftsmanship of the early 20th century.
