This charming Queen Anne period walnut chest on chest, dating from the early 18th century, is presented in excellent condition and boasts a rich, warm colour and desirable patina developed over centuries.

Crafted in two sections for ease of transport, this elegant tallboy offers both aesthetic appeal and practical storage. The upper section features three short drawers set above three long graduated drawers, all finely constructed with cross-banded drawer fronts that highlight the natural figuring of the walnut. The drawers are fitted with original-style brass swan neck handles and display quality dovetail construction.

The lower section incorporates a brushing slide, ideal for laying out clothing or accessories, set above an additional three graduated drawers, mirroring the proportions of the upper tier. All drawers glide smoothly and are clean and functional, offering generous and secure storage throughout.
