Antique Pair Queen Anne Carver Chairs Glasgow School of Art, c 1920
A pair of fruitwood Queen Anne style carver chairs, dating from the early 1900s. Benefiting from a plaque to one of the reverse, “Seats worked by Lady Glyn of Ardington and Lockinge, Berkshire to a design by Alan Walton Glasgow School of Art”.
In good overall condition, finely carved arms and central splat. Good quality fabric to the drop in seat. This pair has been lovingly crafted.Â
