A well-proportioned Victorian mahogany side table, the rectangular top fitted with a three-quarter raised gallery, above a pair of frieze drawers with original turned mahogany knobs. Raised on four finely turned and ring-collared legs terminating in tapering feet.
The table displays a pleasing warm mahogany colour and grain throughout, with clean lines and restrained decoration typical of mid-Victorian domestic furniture. The drawers run smoothly and show traditional dovetail construction. A versatile piece, suitable for use as a side table, serving table or hall table.
