In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will make every effort to rectify the situation.

We accept returns ‘only’ if the item is not as stated in the listing so ‘Please Read the Descriptions Carefully.’ (Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost).
Regrettably we do not refund unwanted goods unless the item is faulty.
We provide the option of a full refund, within 7 days, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those items ordered.

Should you wish to return your goods (within 14 days) – postage and packing must be paid for by the buyer.
