Circa 1860, a mid-Victorian burr walnut and inlaid trumpet-shaped work table, the circular t marquetry top with segmented burr walnut to the centre and elegant moulded fore-edge the top is hinged, open and revealed a well fitted interior with various compartments, with a lift out centre section which follows the form of the conical base, with a shaped inlaid frieze, the circular base issuing three elegant cabriole legs with foliate carving on the knees and scrolling on the top , finished in a well curled foot, with a massive downward facing finial in the centre.
