A superb Victorian extending dining table by F & J Smith, crafted in solid mahogany and offered in excellent condition with only light, age‑appropriate marks. The top shows beautiful colour and striking grain, and sits perfectly flush when extended. The table stands on elegant turned bulbous legs with brass and china castors, giving both stability and classic Victorian charm.

It comes with two additional leaves, extending the table to an impressive 238cm — ideal for larger gatherings. Unextended, it seats four comfortably; fully extended, it can accommodate up to eight. A versatile and well‑made 19th‑century piece that combines practicality with refined design.
