Very Heavy Figurines: LORD NELSON & DUKE of WELLINGTON. Victorian.

Description

This is a very good Spelter figure of the Famous Sea Lord–Horatio Nelson— This is in Height 40cm and stands on a Base of 12 cm. Somehow this has been cast with a Silvery tone rather than the usual Brown that Spelter has been done. It gives it (what I think) is an ‘Up Market’ look to them–I am placing them on my site individually for the sake of Photos—BUT want to sell as a Pair of Historical figures if sold as individual then the price is £175 each. The Price for the Pair is £310.

Also here is a very nice Spelter figure (Victorian) of the DUKE of WELLINGON. A Military man to be reckoned with. This like Lord Nelson (see Photos) has been done in a Silvery tone. It does look (my thoughts-may not be yours!) better than the normal Dark brown or Black normally associated with Spelter. This in Height measures 40cm and stands on a 12cm Base. SuBstantial in weight.
