An interesting Turcoman Kilim dating back to the 1900’s.
Made with natural wool on wool, it is a very good example chichi type kilim. Intricately drawn and coloured with rich vegetable dyes, it retains its original tying loops, which can be removed. In very good condition and suitable for all general/domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
