This large handmade carpet is a beautiful 1920’s Persian Tebriz.
A perfect decorative piece, made with natural soft hand spun wool on a cotton foundation. The floral designs lay elegantly on an ivory background with a rich intricate border, created with all vegetable dyes.
It is in excellent condition, suitable for normal domestic use, and ideal for furnishing.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
All our rugs are dusted and professionally hand washed at our specialist premises, ready for use.
