A very fine signed watercolour by the major English painter William Stephen Coleman R.W.S. This signed work depicts two young girls on a country path. Delightful work by one of the Victorian periods most sought-after painters.

Condition: Very good – strong colours – maybe a light clean
William Stephen Coleman exhibited in London between 1865 and 1870. In collaboration with Harrison Weir, Wolf and other artists, he supplied illustrations for the Reverend J. G. Wood’s works on natural history.
