Clockwork, singing bird in a gilded cage. Bird and it’s beak move and it has a very realistic bird singing/chirping. Upper part of cage is gilded brass and the base is made of wood. Very good condition and in full working order. This superb example was made by the leading, German automaton maker, Karl Griesbaum.
