A bold Shirvan, circa 1900 of small size.
Wonderfully woven soft wool on wool foundation is the base of this wonderfully designed Caucasian carpet. Made with all vegetable dyes it boasts rich colours in amongst the well drawn design.
This carpet has very good pile, in very good condition and suitable for normal domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
