Circa 1880. Set of 4 quality mahogany, late-Victorian serpentine-front dining chairs. The arched top rails with a central athenium carving over a smaller lower rail with a similar carving and supported on fluted-shaped uprights above the generous serpentine-fronted overstuffed seats with fluted seat rails. Supported in front on turned, fluted tapering legs and out swept rear supports.
