Description
A rare Regency tipping tripod table circa 1820. The top is made from a solid piece of heavy exotic hardwood – possibly acacia or zebrano. Decorated around the edge with a Grecian key pattern in boxwood and acacia with an inlaid conch shell of harewood, pearwood and satinwood sat in a mahogany oval. The inlay is set into the solid wood – a sign of top quality and craftsmanship.
