Description
These are a lovely pair and very unusual as I have not seen a pair like this before.
To find a pair is quite rare and they are well made and very old.
The base has two ‘steps’ and is pierced as shown.
The wood is light but sturdy, being designed to hold a jade plaque which would slot into the the openings.
In very good, solid and undamaged condition as shown.
Each one measures: 5 inches wide x 2 inches high x 2 inches deep.
