Circa 1890. Quality, Chippendale- style carved mahogany stool. Re-upholstered in a deep buttoned quality burgundy hide with brass nails over the serpentine sides with gadrooned seat rails. All supported on cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and claw and ball feet.
