A stunning rare persian Qashqai dating back to the 1920’s.
This wonderful well drawn rug is woven with amazing natural wool on a wool foundation, looking and feeling lush. This carpet features a rarely found design, note the big lions, birds and lovely pomegranates, this Qashqai oozes life.
Rich everlasting colours which are derived from vegetable dyes enhance this antique rug, in fantastic condition and is suitable for normal domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
