Description
A near pair of Art Deco bentwood cantilever lounge chairs, designed by J.P.Hully for P.E.Gane Bristol, inspired by the designs of Marcel Breuer and retailed through Heals of London c1930’s. The frames have curved arms, curved sprung backs and stands on sledge feet. Both chairs have been professionally stripped and re-polished. Newly and completely re-upholstered to include new foam cushions for the seat and back which are removable. Both in very good condition.
Listing as a pair, but happy to sell individually.
Both chairs are the same width and seat depth, but one chair is slightly higher to the backrest.
