Description
Fabulous Victorian lacquered paper – mache tray by Jennens and Bettridge of London. This wonderfully decorative tray is inlaid with mother of pearl in a attractive floral pattern and has a lipped shaped edge. Some inlay is missing however this does not diminish the overall look of this very attractive tray.
Jennens and Bettridge were highly regarded for producing quality papier-mâché wares in the 19th Century.
