Description
A mid century ‘Manhattan’ reclining armchair by Guy Rogers c1960’s. A solid teak afromosia frame with a high backrest shaped arms and stands on turned tapering legs with 3 seating positions that is set from under the seat cushion. Fully upholstered to meet with fire regulations to include new foam cushion and webbing, and covered in a flecked wool fabric.
The Manhattan range was produced by Guy Rogers in the 1960’s and retailed through Heals of London.
In very good condition and all joints are tight.
