Description
Gothic revival solid oak Glastonbury armchair with pegged joints c1880. Very well carved foliage detail to the backrest, and pierced detail and carving to the armrests which elevates the look of the chair. In lovely condition and colour, probably the nicest one I’ve come across. No repairs, just some shrinkage cracks, which are to be expected due to its age.
