Circa 1920. French Louis XV style marquetry and parquetry inlaid Walnut and Rosewood marble top commode. The serpentine variegated marble top with attractive cream, pink and green colours, above two bombe-front drawers with solid oak drawer linings, inlaid floral decoration on a parquetry background, cast brass escutcheons and original key. The angled sides with ormolu mounts and the sides with further panels of floral inlay on a parquetry background. All supported on cabriole legs with brass sabots
