This late 19th century rug is in supreme condition with no wear and full pile, soft and glossy.
Hand knotted in Northern Afghanistan with wonderful glossy wool, natural dyes giving rich colours and decorative kilim ends this carpet would be an ideal central feature carpet, suitable for heavy domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non slip underlayer, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
