The bookcase made from high‑quality rosewood with superb graining and a rich, well‑developed patina. The top is crowned with an ornately carved crest, featuring a central roundel with foliate carving and softly scrolling edges — a charming, unmistakably Edwardian touch. Below, the three graduated shelves are each slightly recessed, creating the classic waterfall profile, and are finished with elegant brass gallery rails that add a decorative lift.
