Antique original miniature tinted etching of St Martin Outwich, Bishops Gate St, London.
St Martin Outwich was a medieval parish church in the City of London. This little etching was made around 1820, well before the church was demolished in 1874 making it over 200 years old!
There is no visible artist’s signature but this could possibly be on the back of the etching.
The dimensions of this piece is 8.8cm x 7.1cm including the frame.
