Early 18th century portrait of a gentleman, William Woodhouse of Rearsby Hall. Superbly painted, oil on canvas in nice condition, the portrait shows a gentleman in a large wig with his head turned slightly to the right, and he is wearing a white neck scarf and crimson red jacket, set in a 5” wide decorative gilt frame.
