Description
An oak moulded framed rectangular mirror made by Colin ‘Beaverman’ Almack c1960’s, one of the ‘Yorkshire Critter’ craftsmen. Inspired by the Arts & Crafts movement, Almack was trained and worked for Robert ‘Mouseman’ Thompson as a master cabinet maker in the 1940’s. Almack started his own workshop in the 1960’s and Beaverman furniture was started. The mirror is in good condition and well made as you would expect, and his signature beaver is carved to the top.
