Lovely Antique Chinese vellum trunk on detachable stand, with bronzed metal clasps and side ring handles.
Late 19th / early 20th Century, hand painted red lacquer stain with raised gilt decoration featuring lions, bats, birds, flowers and foliage.
It is a large size approximately 62 (h) x 52 (d) x 84.5 (w) cm , in good condition with the usual surface scuffs and dings associated with age and use. (Please see photos).
