Beautiful & Rare Islamic Gold and Turquoise Ring over 500 years old
This is a very attractive and desirable piece of Islamic history.
Not every person would be able to afford the luxury of a gold ring in ancient times.
This ring is very beautifully designed with a six sided face, centred with a round turquoise stone. The simple band yet elegant band terminated in two wide shoulders where it joins the bezel.
The inner diameter is 25mm and the rings weighs 15g.
The gold has been tested and is 22ct in purity.
This beautiful ancient Islamic ring is from a Private North of England collection acquired in the 1980’s.
