Description
Original artwork by one of the known Dutch painters H.J Scheeres. This painting portraits two people in the tavern in the typical for Scheeres style. Painting is signed and it is visible down left. There is some loss of color (see photos) and old restoration visible under blue light. Generally condition is good. Frame is modern and has been added lately by myself. Together with frame height 39cm and length 34 cm. Rather small work. Great to own a piece of 19th century craftsmanship
