Beautiful Islamic Spain / Andalusia Inlaid Jewellery Box c1920
This is a stunning, desirable & collectible box shown in the photographs above.
This box is of a high quality and very attractive as it has intricate inlay.
There is an ornate bone inlay inscription which translates as:
“wa La Ghalib il Allah“
“There is no Victory except from Allah“
Please note that this box is in overall wonderful condition and it is a delightful work of art. It can be used to store jewellery, pens/pencils or trinkets such as cuff links or earrings.
As a sign of quality, the interior of the lid has also been inlaid with an intricate geometric design.
Please note that there are some minor losses to the inlay.
