A German art nouveau occasional / card table made of solid oak c1895. The table is very useful as an occasional table, but when required the top opens out to become a card/games table, with a blue baize top and an underbox for cards and counters. Decorative in shape with its curved corner brackets, an under shelf and stands on splayed legs.
There is a metal plaque to the underside with the german patent ‘Gesetzlich Geschutzt”.
In very good condition, no breaks or repairs.
