German Art Deco Crystal and Silver Plated Chiller Jug, Chilled Wine, Ice Cold Lemonade or Beer This is a superb piece of Art deco design combined with German precision manufacture, the Jug is made from very heavy lead crystal (good for temperature retention). The design is based on a traditional Beer Stein with a silver-plated combination handle and lid, this has a glass inset with silver plated lid, which when filled with ice is suspended in the the contents of the pitcher keeping it cold for a long time. A superb pice, there is a little wear to the plated finish of the handle otherwise the Pitcher is in excellent condition The Jug is 12” tall, 7” in diameter and 11” across at the handle TSH43 Manufacture Date : 1930 Materials : Crystal
