This Edwardian suffragette brooch is of a truly high quality and exudes beauty and strength. The brooch makes use of the suffragette colours – purple, white and green in the form of amethyst, pearl and peridot gemstones – to great effect and would likely have been worn by an activist as an accessory on an outfit to indicate her support for universal suffrage.
