Description
A fine example of an Antique 1920’s Leopard Skin rug with Taxidermy head made by renowned taxidermist Peter Spicer & Sons of Leamington.
Complete with snarling open mouth and glass eyes, this is approximately 224 cm in length and is mounted on a felt backing with the Spicer label.
It is in good condition for age, with a couple of small tears in the skin on the tail and one of his ears is a little ragged. Please see photos.
A rarity to find such a handsome chap!
