Description
An Arts & Crafts oak reclining armchair designed by Ambrose Heal for Heals of London c1905. The frame has a reclining ladderback backrest, open shaped arms and stands on square legs. Stamped “Sesame Lounge” and registered design no 466805. Newly and fully upholstered to include new foam and webbing, and covered in a good quality William Morris 100% linen fabric.
The underneath of the right armrest has a small repair (seen on image). In very good condition, no loose joints.
