A stunning contemporary decorative Afghan Ziegler of small size.
Made from lovely natural wool on a cotton foundation makes this rug feel soft and strong, but also a pretty sheen, difficult to capture.
This Ziegler is of 1980’s production, retaining traditional methods and design, the rich red is complimented so perfectly against the nude detailing, all derived from vegetable dyes. It has a warm and stylish feel, is in perfect condition and suitable for normal domestic use.
With all our handmade rugs, we recommend using a non-slip underlay, whether it will be placed on hard flooring or on wall to wall carpet, to stop the rug moving about. This can be purchased from us for £25 per linear meter (width 180cm)
