A Very Stylish Louis-Philippe Rosewood/Palisandre Inlaid With Lemon Wood and Ormolu Portico Clock Circa: 1830-70
The warm colour Rosewood case has the very fine typical crispy fine Louis-Philippe marquetry inlay work, the original ormolu (bronze doré) in original condition finely cast and chased, the original pendulum with rare magnificent dolphins and with silvered dial with decorated circle centre.
The 8 day movement is fully cleaned and serviced, striking every 30 minutes on a bell, the movement is stamped for Vincenti Et Company, was working in Paris.
Overall in wonderful original condition with beautiful patination in fully working order
