Circa 1890. A late Victorian arts and crafts solid walnut floor standing
folio stand, the two shaped uprights with curved tops supported on turned
spars with a hinged mechanism at the front which supports the folio stand
when opened, resting on a pair of crisscross uprights with chamfered edges
and corners, the bottom of the hinged mechanism supported on a cross
stretcher, resting on low trestle chamfered base, with brass and porcelain
castors, all in excellent condition.
