Circa 1890. A Qing Dynasty Hongmu marble top circular Chinese plant stand, the circular top with a finely beaded edge, broad banding and insert pink variegated marble, the flared and pierced apron is profusely carved with flowers, all resting on four elegant cabriole legs with carving on the facings, intersected by cruciform stretcher and braced with pierced quarter brackets forming a shelf, finishing on a typical primitive Chinese foot, with excellent colour and patination.
