This 1905 Polyphon has been ‘renewed’ to a great playing standard. It has come from a family who’s Great Grandfather bought it in 1906. It comes with 22 Discs, which play a various tunes, Scottish Aires, Hymns, Other Tunes of that era and the National Anthem of Argentina!
It sounds lovely and will be a delight to any Collector or for family use. A similar one recently sold for at Auction £2000–I am asking and will negotiate Offers in the Region of £1650.Polyphone were invented in LIEPZIG in the 1870’s and were found soon after in the Inns of that day and so many homes.
